What is Dual Enrollment

As a dual enrollment magnet high school, the students will complete high school graduation requirements while having the opportunity to take courses at Three Rivers Community College. The college has transfer agreements with many four year institutions. Our high school classes are offered in a small environment which allows for an individualized learning plan.

What does dual enrollment mean?

A program offering two years of high school and up to one year of college coursework in two years. This is a chance for many students to earn their high school diploma and be on their way to earning an associate's degree by the time they finish their high school requirements.

TRMC Dual Enrollment Courses

Taking a TRCC Dual Enrollment course is a collaborative effort among the student, the parent/guardian, and Three Rivers Middle College Magnet High School. Each plays a role and must make the commitment to expectations of the rigorous program. Students must meet the TRCC academic standards and TRMC high school standards. Students are recommended to take classes by their high school teachers.
