Julia Cullers, Three Rivers Community College

Julia at high school graduation, June 2014This Friday, May 29, 2015 one of our students from the graduating Class of 2014, Julia Cullers will be graduating with two associates from Three Rivers Community College! All of our students that graduate from TRMC consider other colleges as an option but Julia decided to stay and continue her course work in the college. She was already familiar with the staff, professors, and the campus, to Julia it was the best option!

One year after graduating with a high school diploma from Three Rivers Middle College Magnet High School she is graduating with two associates degrees; Business Administration Management and Small Business Entrepeneurship Studies.  She has also been inducted into the National Honor Society Leadership program. Within her requirements to earn her associates from TRCC, 43 of those credits she completed while a high school student at TRMC. She is the first student to graduate from Three Rivers Community College from Three Rivers Middle College. Julia is planning to continue her studies for Equine Management either at Becker College or Johnson and Wales University.

Julia's advice to students: " It's important to have a balance; study a lot but also leave some free time for the game room"

From The Day News: "Julia Cullers of North Stonington was the first graduate of the new Three Rivers Middle College to graduate from a college. Cullen earned associate degrees in small business and entrepreneurial studies and in business administration at Three Rivers Community College and plans to attend Becker College in Worcester, Mass., focusing on equine studies.
